Refunds & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@sprucehillacres.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send out the exchange promptly.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
